PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Eyeglass Exam - $90
Includes an updated prescription for eyeglasses and an eye health evaluation. Pupil dilation is included at no extra cost. We also provide the option for an Optos Ultra Widefield Retinal Image for an additional $30 - usually no dilation drops are needed for this fast, non-invasive screening photo.

Contact Lens Exam - $115
Includes an updated prescription for both contact lenses and eyeglasses, as well as an eye health evaluation. Pupil dilation is included at no extra cost. We also provide the option for an Optos Ultra Widefield Retinal Image for an additional $30 - usually no dilation drops are needed for this fast, non-invasive screening photo.
***additional fees may apply for specialty contact lenses (multifocal/monovision, rigid gas permeable, first time wearer)
Medical Office Visit - $60-$100
Evaluation for red eye, eye pain/irritation, ocular foreign body removal, etc. Does NOT include a prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses. If necessary, pupil dilation is included at no extra cost. We also provide the option for an Optos Ultra Widefield Retinal Image for an additional $30 - usually no dilation drops are needed for this fast, non-invasive screening photo.
Payment & Insurance
We currently do not accept any vision or medical insurance plans at this time (with the exception of Costco Employee MES / Aetna). This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. We can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Medicare is an exception - we have opted-out - meaning neither the patient nor provider can submit for reimbursement from Medicare. All professional fees must be paid at time of service.

OPTOS DAYTONA
ULTRA WIDEFIELDÂ RETINAL IMAGING
This great screening tool is a quick photo that involves a flash of light in each eye, usually no pupil dilation drops are needed. It can detect eye diseases like macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinal tears and bleeds. It can also detect overall health conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. Your doctor will review these photos with you - which become a permanent part of your record and will be compared from year-to-year.

DIGITAL REFRACTING SYSTEM
The most accurate and efficient way to evaluate an eyeglass prescription. This new technology simplifies the always dreaded "Which is better - one or two?" test. New techniques allow your doctor to obtain the most accurate glasses prescription for your eyes. Your doctor will also be able to show you the difference between your old and new prescription with one push of a button.

SHANE JOHNSTON, OD
Dr. Shane Johnston is excited to be back in his hometown of Missoula. He graduated with a Bachelors in Biology from the University of Montana - Go Griz! He then attended the Arizona College of Optometry and graduated in 2016 as Valedictorian. He stayed in the Phoenix valley after optometry school, gaining experience while practicing inside of two Costco locations. Dr. Johnston looks forward to taking care of Western Montana’s vision and eye health needs for many years to come. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Johnston enjoys the outdoors, sports, and spending time with his family.
TY FELTON, OD
Dr. Ty Felton was born and raised in Missoula, MT. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Rocky Mountain College in Billings. He attended Optometry school at the Rosenberg School of Optometry, through the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX.
